[Out and about at the PokeMart, Minnie turns on the video. You may or may not notice her cheek is slightly bruised - because she can't go a month without bodily harm Shadow was a meanie and pushed her hard. But she's bright and cheery!]

Hello everyone! I hope you're all having a pleasant day. My new friend Ahiru reminded me how fast time flies... next month is Christmas!

For those who don't know, Christmas is a wonderful holiday celebrated in many worlds... People come together to cherish their friends and families, exchanging gifts. And for all the little boys and girls, if they've been good, Santa Claus will leave them a present! And we all play in the snow, and sing carols, and kissing under the mistletoe, and it's all so much fun! It takes place on December 25th, so please keep that date in mind.

With that... Is there anything in particular you want for Christmas? There are so many great people here, and I want to try and get a gift to all of my loved ones!

If you ever think of anything you'd like, you just tell me. As for me... hmmm... maybe some new Potions for my Pokemon? We're going to be ready to start battling again soon.

I can get you potions! [She beams and bubbles happily. She's going to be sure to work hard at the Inn when she applies for the housekeeping position so she can get presents for her friends.]

I'd love to meet you in person! Um, I'm done sharing breakfast with Teal's friends, are you outside the pokemon center? That's where Merlin said we're all staying, so I know where it is.

[Off goes the pokegear, but moments later, there is a child-like woman approaching the Center, with a slightly bruised cheek, but overall the exact image you've been seeing on the gear.]

[Ahiru spots the woman immediately and runs over with a big smile on her face.] Minnie!

[But the smile drops off her face and she looks dismayed as she sees the bruise on Minnie's cheek.] Oh no, you're hurt! What happened Minnie? [She flails her arms a bit out of worry and flustering over her new friend having been hurt by something or somebody.]

[There's a bit of nervous laughter, and she waves her hands a bit, trying to calm her friend down.]

That little thing? ... I just fell, that's all. I'm fine, really.

[Luckily, Ahiru is the gullible sort so she believes this. She smiles and calms down and goes back to being perky.] Oh, okay. I hope it gets better soon then! I'm so glad to meet you in person! Oh, and this is Teal. [She points to the little pidgey on her shoulder, which fluffs itself up and chirps happily in greeting.] I'm very excited about Christmas, it sounds like it will be lots of fun! Fakir told me that you usually dress up a tree with your friends and family, too.

Hello, Teal, it's nice to meet you... You know, I had a little Pidgey once too. But now it's all grown up. Would you like to meet him?

[And then she nods along...]

That's right! They're decorated with ornaments, streamers, popcorn strings, and a star or angel right on the very top. Everyone comes together to decorate in their own way.

[Ahiru smile brightens and she nods]I'd love to see him!

[She gets a dreamy look on her face at the description of the tree and thinks about how wonderful it would be to have a big group of people together on Christmas.] Getting together sounds like fun...I wish there was a way to do something like that for everybody, with tree decorating and dancing and having good food and presents...

[Begins clicking off a pokeball from her belt.]

You know, my friend Merlin and I were talking... We might try and come up with a Christmas festival, right here in Johto, so everyone can celebrate it. What do you think?

[But before she gets an answer, she throws the pokeball up in the air-]

Come on out, Donald!

[In a bright white light, a Pidgeot lands beside her, flapping his wings for a few moments before settling.]

[Her eyes get to be as big as saucers, and she smiles up at the giant bird.] Woooow he's so big! Your crest is so pretty, Donald, I hope Teal can grow up big and strong like you!

[As if she could get even happier or more bright eyed and bushy tailed. Ahiru looks like she might burst from happiness.] Oh Minnie, that would be wonderful! You could have your waltz with Mickey then too...

[Minnie giggles at the compliments, while Donald appears to puff up a little, ego bursting at the sames. He flaps his wings again, showing off. Then from Minnie, a giddy laugh for Ahiru's enthusiasm.]

I could, couldn't I? Oh, it's been so long since we've danced together... We'll all work together to make it happen!

[Ahiru nods enthusiastically and Teal bobs in imitation of her trainer.] Yeah! Um, so, do we make invitations or just send out a note with our magic phones?
