 [Today in Goldenrod, Minnie is cheerfully walking through the city as her Glameow, Blair, walks by her side. She turns on the Pokegear, video, no longer dressed in anything too fancy, just a simply dress and a simple smile.]

Hello everyone! I hope you're all doing well! Thank you to everyone who attended our knighting ceremony, I couldn't have asked it to go better! But all good things must come to an end, so I'll probably be returning to my home in Olivine when September ends. Danny, I hope you've been taking good care of the house?

Oh, how time does fly... I bet it'll be Halloween before you know it, and then Christmas, and then New Years... There are so many delightful holidays coming up. But I thought of adding one more to the mix, thanks to a dear friend. Since the knighting ceremony went so well... one day, in the months ahead, maybe we should have a princess day!

Wouldn't it be marvelous~! All us girls could wear beautiful dresses, and I could teach them all the fine points of being a princess! Proper dancing, etiquette, and then we can all trade stories about love and romance!

[She's getting a little too into it now, grabbing her skirt and twirling around - while Blair frantically meows and tries to avoid being stepped on.]

And then we can all hear about the famous princesses in fairy tales, like Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty...

((OOC: just so her friends in goldenrod and olivine know, she'll stay in goldenrod until the 30th, and should be back in Olivine by Oct 7th, unless someone wants her later/sooner/whatevs. this is more for keeping track and making sure i don't forget orz))

Oh, it was a combination of my ideas with the ideas of my friends. We knighted my dear friends Xion and Ventus, as proof of how far they've come during their time here, and as a sign of unity for everyone here!

That sounds pretty cool, actually. Though... I'm not really sure what a knight would do in a place like this. I mean, there's not really any princesses to rescue around here, and we're more likely to make friends with a dragon than to slay one.

[Joking around, mostly, though she really is curious about what it means to be a knight in a place like Johto.]

True, but there is darkness here, and people and Pokemon to defend. Has anyone told you about Team Rocket?

Yeah, I've heard all about those guys, and the trouble they've caused. They were the ones responsible for the lighthouse, right?

[She nods, sad.]

They have caused many terrible things to happen, and even pull in people with good hearts into their schemes... But there are people here willing to defeat them and stop Team Rocket whenever they can. I think those people are the bravest knights of all.

[And at that, her expression softens just a bit. Minnie reminded her of someone she met, and her anger is balanced with thoughtfulness as she recalls that old conversation]

Yeah... it takes guts to go against a group of people like that. I mean, I've never had to face them myself, but the more I hear about them, the worse they sound. It's like they just exist to make everything worse for everybody - and they don't play nice with people who get in their way.

But- [fidgets a bit, straightening herself up] Have you met them? Not Team Rocket, I mean, but the people who've gone up against them.

Yes, I have. There is actually a group out there...

[She pauses, and stops in her tracks. Then she fidgets with the Pokegear, putting on a filter.]

I'm sorry about that, but they can listen in if we don't do this. If you want to know about the group that's actively against Team Rocket, try talking to a boy named Ventus, or a lady named Lightning.

No, no, that's fine - trust me, I understand completely.

[After all, it wasn't too long ago that she spoke to someone who was more than happy to tell her about the dangers of Team Rocket. And speaking of...]

And Ventus and Lightning, you said? This may sound weird, but... they wouldn't happen to hang around Goldenrod, would they?

They started the group, and they're both strong and kind people we can all depend on.

[hesitates, thinking it over. Was the person she talked to one of them? Or maybe it was something working with them...]

And this group... I don't suppose they're looking for help, are they?

[She's not volunteering; she all ready did that earlier. Right now she's trying to put the pieces together.]

It sounds like it - I mean, I haven't met either of them, so I can't say, but just a couple of days ago someone posted a message on the Network. They didn't give their name, or say outright that they were looking for help, but they wanted to know - "if someone gave you a chance to defend this world, would you take it."

Sorry, I know I'm rambling. But, when you mentioned the group, it just made me wonder if one of them posted that message.
