[Video/Action for those at the Olivine household! Backdated to this morning. Also, trying something new with my action brackets. Anyway!

Yensid the Medicham is up to his usual shenanigans, playing with the Pokegear as he sits on Minnie's bed. She yawns adorably, getting up, but her head can't be seen by the camera angle just yet.]

Mmm... good morning... Oh! Yensid, what have I told you about playing with my Pokegear? Naughty boy.

[She yawns again, gives him a tap on the head, and then heads for her vanity mirror. Though you still can't fully see her, you all know what she looks like by now - something like this. She's dressed in a cute frilly nightgown, and hasn't seen her reflection yet.]

Terribly sorry about that, everyone... but I hope your day is doing well. After all the scary business we've been enduring, it's nice to just have a calm, cool, morn....

[She abruptly stops. Yen Sid finally looks up from the screen, and his eyes widen. Then... Minnie begins to scream.]

My hair! My hair! What's happened to my hair?!

[Yensid holds up the Pokegear so everyone can see. Minnie's usual long locks of black are now bright white - snow white, you could say. Ah, the tragedy of future ice powers.]

[No video today, because Serah's been hit with this pretty bad, so she's quite content to keep herself out of the view of others for now. No audio, because her voice would give away just how bad she is, and she doesn't want Minnie to worry.]

Are you okay, Minnie? You're not feeling sick or anything, are you?

[She can't really articulate typing for a moment, but she will text eventually.]

I'm not sick, but it's so much worse!

Is it though? I've been here two years, and it's as if the me then isn't the me now.

Of course it is. Everyone changes as they live and grow, Minnie, that's just part of life.

I know sometimes we wish things could always stay the same, but then we'd never get to grow.

I suppose that is true. I just don't like how much has changed. It makes me wonder if those back home, who have stayed the same, will still love this new Minnie.

Of course they will. They're your friends, family, and loved ones for a reason.

Everyone changes, and sometimes those changes can be pretty big. After all we're not the same at eighteen as we were when we were five. That doesn't mean that people who've known us the entire time would love us any less, just because we changed.

[It takes a few moments, but she finally responds.]

[Serah's bundled up in a bunch of winter clothes, but she still manages to wave at her feed anyway.]

No one said that change was easy. Sometimes it's hard and sometimes it hurts.

[She reaches up, pulling off both a hat and a scarf so Minnie can her rapiddash like horn and her partially on fire hair.]

And sometimes it itches, this horn's going to drive me crazy.

[A little bit of humor, because Serah realizes she'd probably slipped somewhat into teacher mode there for a minute. Sorry Minnie, bad habit.]
